NYPD Frisk BoB PoPo in the Hallway

This just happened so I have little details to report on. Here’s how it went down.

Bob is hanging out as he normally does in the hallway of his apartment building with all of his friends. Music on, one of his friends in the background is skipping rope. Everything is normal in BobPoPo land. All of a sudden we see a white dude in the background with a Police uniform. He tells Bob to get up and right as he is about to frisk him the camera goes down. A true WTF moment. Unfortunately, no one was able to capture any images as it happened so quickly. I assume Bob didn’t want it on air so he turned the cam off right away. Everyone in the chat was stunned and in disbelief. Happened around 10:45pm - 10:50pm EST.

UPDATE #1 (04/01/08 @ 3:00 AM EST) - A lot of people are skeptical that this took place because no one has provided any proof, i.e. pictures but you can be assured that this story is 100% true. Since turning the camera off when this happened, PoPo hasn’t been seen since. We can only assume the worst, but we’re all hoping for the best.

UNLESS Bob is playing a joke on us with it being April Fool’s and all you can believe this happened. If he played an April Fools joke on us this good, he should be an actor and make millions. But there was no setup and the whole incident lasted 5 brief seconds, it was dark, you saw the cop, popo stands up and the cop says something and the cam gets turned off (I believe I saw him reaching to turn it off).

UPDATE #2 (04/01/08 @ 3:45 PM EST) - Good friend of Bob PoPo, Rockstar has let us know that this is “NOT an april fools joke” and he goes on to say “we are working on the situation as we speak more info later tonight stay tuned!”

UPDATE #3 (04/01/08 @ 4:05 PM EST) - Another good friend, Grinch Mob a.k.a. Liqz just called central booking and found out they also got Manarg 11 and that they will be appearing in court shortly on unknown charges.

UPDATE #4 (04/01/08 @ 11:05 PM EST) - BOB POPO is finally free at last! He just turned the cam on and told us the brief run-down. Basically a neighbor called in and right away put cuffs on PoPo and a few of his friends. He saw a judge at the night court and was free! The DA had nothing on him and he is using Bobpopo.com as a statement for a witness. THANK YOU goes out to Bob’s Lawyers.

A White Barbershop Customer?

It’s fair to say the majority of Bob’s customers at the Barbershop are black, being from Brooklyn and all. Today there was an unexpected sighting. A white woman who will go unidentifed was there getting a cut from Bob, smiling and having a great time throughout the whole session.

Iron, See Angel - Eat Sunlight

As per usual on Sunday’s at BobPoPo’s crib, he irons. For most people an iron session on a few articles of clothing takes 30 minutes at most. For PoPo, the whole afternoon is set aside for ironing. So about 3-4 hours of ironing. And it’s not because he has THAT MANY clothes. Bob takes extreme pride in having his clothes in pristine condition. He sees it as an art, just like cutting his customer’s hair at the barbershop.

Bob also happened to buy a new shirt and tie and talked about how opening the wrapping on the shirt was comparable to busting the cork on a bottle of champagne. To him, it’s that exciting.

Here is Bob ironing the sleeve of fabric that came with the new shirt and tie.

Because it was Sunday, Bob thought it was appropriate to share the sunlight. In this segment, he pretended to eat some of the sunlight on his hand.

MissBobPOPO Revealed

Bob PoPo personally e-mailed me these shots that he wanted me to post of MissBobPOPO for everyone’s viewing pleasure. I think there were more shots that he felt it was in his best interest to leave out.

Here we see she has an email address similar to BobPoPo.

I think there were more shots but Bob decided wouldn’t be for the younger viewers.
