Eating an Apple in Amoneyca
The other day PoPo bought an apple and he paid a whopping $0.50 for it. I told him he needs to buy in bulk so he can save money. If you haven’t heard the saying, “I was eating my Apple, on my Apple, in the big Apple” then you need to get familiar with it. This is what Bob was doing when the Cops arrested him in the hallway when all he was doing was minding his own business. If you are new to BobPoPo.com then you need to read that post. It is highly informative on what Bob deals with regularly.

Here is the photo essay of BobPoPo eating an Apple on his Apple in the big Apple. Also seen on the same day as Bob’s apple-in-the-mouth trick was Master Iron Liver’s incredible feat of balancing a fork and knife on a matchstick that was resting on the edge of a bottle…that’s nuts!

By the way, Bob loves to know what his readers and viewers think of his show. Please leave him a message by going to this page, which is the contact area. Bob PoPo personally responds to all of his e-mails BUT because he stands so firmly behind the fact that he will reply to everyone’s email, for for a limited time, if he does not respond to your e-mail, he will give you a special $100 money back guarantee*. How’s that for standing behind what you say?
* Some restrictions apply. BobPoPo.com reserves the right to discontinue the posted offer at any time without notice.

Bob PoPo Total Fitness
Last night’s Bob PoPo experience was relatively stairwell-centric, with special appearances from Lady SESS, Dutty and Anthony (heal up soon). Bob kept things pretty low-key, with a little singing (The Apple Song), dancing (The Amoneyca Dance) and general chilling with the people online and in Brooklyn.

After that, Bob was feeling rather tired, so he headed on back up to his place, but not before stopping for an artistic shot in front of the mirror:

Even though he was about to go to bed, Bob spent a little time with Angel in front of the camera and even popped back into the chat for a little bit after he had stopped broadcasting. Now that’s dedication!

The next morning, Bob PoPo was up bright and early, ready to take care of business. Thanks to everyone at PoPo’s place who hung out with us on Yahoo! Live earlier, including Master Iron Liver & Franko of Grinch Mob fame.

At some point, Bob’s energy level began to shoot up, and Bob Popo Total Fitness took over. Here’s the work-out video for those at home who want to get in shape:
There’s no doubt that Bob PoPo had some people out of their seats this morning. Special thanks to Curiouser_Orange for recording this part of Bob’s exercise routine!

When he was done, Bob had worked up quite and appetite and wanted to have one of his favorite meals…ox tails from the West Indians.

Looks tasty! Of course, the way to tell when you’ve got the good stuff out of the ox tail is when you can see daylight through the bones:

Yikes! That’s a little scary, but I bet it was delicious. As the afternoon approached, Bob gave Angel a touch-up with his shears:

What a lucky Maltese! If you might be interested in getting a haircut from Bob, why don’t you check out the new BOBPOPO.SONG contest, where recording a song about Bob PoPo could win you three great prizes and a free haircut from Bob himself at Tickey’s Barber Shop in Brooklyn, New York…what more could anyone ask for?
The New $5 Bill
Saturday Night Fever is the movie title that serves as the best description of the happenings on Bob PoPo TV last night, when hot beats collided with cool treats and a couple of friends showed up to say “hell is low” to the people at home. First up was Murda Mayhem, who only stayed on camera for a few minutes but was chilling in the Shh! Factory with DJ Dreamer all day:

Not long after that, Bob brought out his cousin DJ Rugged D, and it wasn’t long before Rugged was whipping up some tight beats for him and Bob to freestyle over.

He also took a moment to advocate the use of Sharpie markers:

PoPo was jazzed up…

…and busted out this freestyle, show here in YouTube form:
Catchy stuff, and you can even
download the MP3
of it! Well, we hope you enjoyed this little peek into the fever that heated up our foreheads on this evening of the Sabbath. Stay safe out there, you guys, and go in peace!
